A personalized consultation designed to provide greater insight into overall health and wellness through laboratory testing. This service includes a comprehensive intake covering current health concerns, personal and family health history, a review of body systems (ROS), and a discussion of individual health and wellness goals.
Based on the information gathered, laboratory testing options will be discussed and recommended according to individual needs and goals.
Consultations are available in person or virtually, with flexible specimen collection options:
In-Person Collection: Blood specimens may be collected onsite during the consultation.
Laboratory Collection: Clients may visit a designated laboratory for specimen collection.
Mobile Collection: A qualified technician may be arranged to collect specimens at the client's home or workplace, subject to availability.
Additional Fees: Laboratory testing and specimen collection fees are not included in the consultation price. Costs vary depending on the tests selected, collection method, and location. Applicable fees will be discussed before proceeding.
Required Follow-Up: A separate Report of Findings / Recommendation Visit is required to review laboratory results, discuss findings, and explore personalized wellness recommendations.
